Jawbone makes great headsets. However I would not buy this one again. It's the first generation, and has many little quirks that seemed to be worked out in newer generation models. For a first generate it was great, but they have better versions out there now for less than the cost of this one. First, the headset never stayed in my ear (I'm one of those people that has that problem with most). So I used the over the ear piece to keep it on. However, the design is not good at all. It's incredibly rigid, so it's hard to get on, especially if you wear glasses. The sound on all of the models is really good. You can hear people very well, and they can hear you well (as long as it is properly sitting on your cheek). Second, the design is lacking in many ways. The piece that goes in your ear has a seam. If you drop it just right, it will crack and break very easily. Also, the back piece where it charges is not the best either. Sometimes the charger will be very difficult to get off, so if you pull hard, it will also break off. Then you will be using tweezers or pliers to separate the two pieces so you can use your headset.
Again, jawbone is great, and the later generation headsets are great. I now have an icon, and my husband has a model 2. No problems with either. The voice dial is amazing, so you never have to look at your phone. Just hit a button and tell your headset who to call.
