in week the earpiece it brook and wont stay on ...the actually Bluetooth dont stay rite at all..really unhappy i paid a lot for that and i have nothing ...really disapointed on this item

Jawbone makes great headsets. However I would not buy this one again. It's the first generation, and has many little quirks that seemed to be worked out in newer generation models. For a first generate it was great, but they have better versions out there now for less than the cost of this one. First, the headset never stayed in my ear (I'm one of those people that has that problem with most). So I used the over the ear piece to keep it on. However, the design is not good at all. It's incredibly rigid, so it's hard to get on, especially if you wear glasses. The sound on all of the models is really good. You can hear people very well, and they can hear you well (as long as it is properly sitting on your cheek). Second, the design is lacking in many ways. The piece that goes in your ear has a seam. If you drop it just right, it will crack and break very easily. Also, the back piece where it charges is not the best either. Sometimes the charger will be very difficult to get off, so if you pull hard, it will also break off. Then you will be using tweezers or pliers to separate the two pieces so you can use your headset. Again, jawbone is great, and the later generation headsets are great. I now have an icon, and my husband has a model 2. No problems with either. The voice dial is amazing, so you never have to look at your phone. Just hit a button and tell your headset who to call.

This is a nice looking headset that works great with my Iphone. I have had no problems with it so far and I use it all the time. The charge last a long time. I did reserch this product before I bought it and I feel I got a greadt deal at Overstock on it. I would recommend this headset to a friend.

I wasn't sure what to purchase when it came to a wirless device.. With the new school zone restrictions I needed one. From the other reviews I read I chose the Jawbone Noise Shield Bluetooth. I was amazed how easy it was to sync with my cell phone. The clarity I hear with is amazing and the people I have talked to have told me that I am very clear on their end. The Jawbone was a great buy for me and I recommend it.

It's a pretty good product for the most part. Even though I did misplace it quite a bit. What I really loved is the customer service of JAWBONE. They helped me out quite a bit. Takes a second to get used to it.

Retailed for nearly twice as much. The Sound quality and noise reduction are great, as well as the mic.

A little uncomfortable and with no buttons it's a little hard to figure out. I've hung up on several people trying to answer the phone. Didnt notice much different audio quality than my Motorola and went back to the Motorola. I'm just using this one as a backup.

Yes I have been using BTs since day one, From Motorola's to Jabras and while Jawbones have their issues, its the best I have ever used. The 4 stars mean its pricey, the ear piece breaks off and has to be re glued, yes it comes apart when its removed from the charger, Yes they haven't figured out the problem dealing with wind. Yes sometimes I have to hold it tightly against my ears to carry on a conversation.( sometimes ). The bottom line is and this is where the 5 star comes in, its the best I ever used so I'll buy the Jawbone 11 and see if its better!!

i dont think the nois shield is working the way it was dircribed, unfortunately im not as happy with this product as i thought i would be after i read the other reviews!

I have had at least 10 different makes and models of bluetooth headsets. This is by far the best. The ear piece is a little hard to manuever, but other than that I am most pleased.

the noise canceling works. I ahd a conversation at 50mph on a motorcycle and the person on the other end could hear me clearly and i him.

I have recommended this headset to others. It's great. It's comfortable too. The only issue I have with it is that the plastic piece that covers the noise-cancelling button comes off when you remove it from the charger. However, it does slip back on the headset though quite easily. I'm hoping with the next generation of this headset (if there is one) yhr manufacturerer will have addressed this problem. Aside from that issue this is the best headset I've owned. Other headsets, whether wired or bluetooth , the sound quality isn't good. And at times there's a hissing of static sound that others hear when I have used inferior headsets. I don't get this at all with this headset. It's great.

I had a Motorola H9 (the smallest bluetooth in the world), and people could not hear me, they said I sounded muffled. The Jawbone is outstanding, unsurpassed quality, people now say that it sounds as if I was actually holding the phone (very clear). Great product.

My husband and I have gone through several bluetooth headsets and this one is the best so far. When my husband uses it he can hear crystal clear however some time I hear an echo on my end. They are almost there with perfecting it!!

all I can say is, after trying numerous different and less expensive BT's, the Jawbone is the most comfortable, has the best audio quality, and is simple to use!!! I highly recommend it.

I was originally given a Motorola H700 for Christmas. I couldn't get it to bond w/my work cell phone (not a Motorola) until AFTER I bonded it with my personal cell phone (also a Motorola). It worked well for a few days. After that, it wouldn't bond with either phone. So, I asked around and was advised that the Jawbone was the best on the market. I am happy to report that they were right. The sound quality is great. The battery life is more than impressive. And, while the ear piece doesn't fit perfectly in my ear, it's comfortable and hardly noticeable. I love this product!
