A little uncomfortable and with no buttons it's a little hard to figure out. I've hung up on several people trying to answer the phone. Didnt notice much different audio quality than my Motorola and went back to the Motorola. I'm just using this one as a backup.
Yes I have been using BTs since day one, From Motorola's to Jabras and while Jawbones have their issues, its the best I have ever used. The 4 stars mean its pricey, the ear piece breaks off and has to be re glued, yes it comes apart when its removed from the charger, Yes they haven't figured out the problem dealing with wind. Yes sometimes I have to hold it tightly against my ears to carry on a conversation.( sometimes ).
The bottom line is and this is where the 5 star comes in, its the best I ever used so I'll buy the Jawbone 11 and see if its better!!
