Not a small unit
This is a very nice quality backpack for camera equipment. The only downside for me was that it was quite a bit larger than I expected. I may not have check the size specs closely before purchasing ,as I was looking for a more compact unit and this is definitely a full size unit. That being said, its not heavy in of itself. It has many pockets and actually stores more than my pelican hard case can.

this is a really great camera backpack. a little bigger than I thought, but it fills up quickly. easy on the back to carry. overall just a great bag
