PROGRAM DOES NOT WORK ON COMPUTERS - DON"T BOTHER
Unable to download or obtain customer support to get the program to work. Without the program the scanner will not scan. Are you sure you want to buy this product?

High expections
I have a lot of slides & film strips so I was looking forward to the arrival of this item. When it arrived I immediately downloaded the accompanying cd. There is a learning curve to correctly adjust contrast, color, brightness etc. Some of the film strips transferred a little darker but I am sure that with a little practice I will master this. One thing that does disturb me is when you boot up the computer it looks for the scanner. I hope this is a simple command that I haven't corrected yet.If I can't change this then I willload it on another computer & treat that computer as a single function machine.
