I have a lot of slides & film strips so I was looking forward to the arrival of this item. When it arrived I immediately downloaded the accompanying cd. There is a learning curve to correctly adjust contrast, color, brightness etc. Some of the film strips transferred a little darker but I am sure that with a little practice I will master this. One thing that does disturb me is when you boot up the computer it looks for the scanner. I hope this is a simple command that I haven't corrected yet.If I can't change this then I willload it on another computer & treat that computer as a single function machine.Read More
