Acer Computer Touch Screen I have owned and Acer before and among a few other brands over the last 25 years. This unit is good enough for any student for use with online services including Skype with built in Webcam and microphone, the output has HDMI which allow you to send to a TV set. It lacks a CD-rom but with today's online service who need them. And external HHD can be used and if you have to have a CD Rom you can purchase a external one and use it. You have also a USB port which accept a Flash Disc where you can use to play movies The computer has an uses online services Netflix. It's easy to connect a printer via the USB port and can be used with external speaks also. For those of you that don't like a cabled keyboard or mouse, it can be changed out to be used with wireless. The HDD will more then store most or all of your songs, pictures and music. The best feature is the touch screen and the new Windows 8.1 will get the free upgrade in July for owner of the current Windows 8.1. to the Window 10. The price and its ability and cost is great, unless you want a high end "All in One" unit this will do the job. If you need the best of the crop your going to have to spend $1k to $3k to get all the bells and whistles in it. Price, Value, Ability and feature this unit will give you the best for the buck. Oh by the way it has a battery and can be used as a portable or laptop also. Enjoy it we sure will and the HD quality it has is more then acceptable an plays with super picture quality. Screen size just right for everyday use and its easy on your eyes with a big 21 Inch screen. Hope this helps in your selection to make it easier for you to understand this unit is good for everyday use. Enjoy....

My favorite all in one We use these touchscreens in our warehouse to control machines and shipping processes. Very nice units! touchscreens are accurate. With some work, Win 8.1 is usable. They're pretty quick for what they are, but I usually upgrade the HDD to a SSD to get the most out of them. A very good machine with a bright display.
