Acer Aspire One/Dell Inspiron 910 and 1210 Car Charger

Worked great for about three times, Went to use it and no indicator light, no power to netbook. Checked the inline fuse and it was out. No problem, just replace it, right? Wrong. The fuse is soldered onto the board. I've used car chargers for years and on occasion fuses blow. Replace them for a buck or so and you're back in business. Not with this one. If you're going to solder it on the board so you have to throw it away if the fuse blows, why even have a fuse???

The charger works perfectly on my Acer AspireOne its built solid and I would recommend it to anyone who uses their netbook a lot on the go.

I just tried this out and it does work at this time, but I only used it once. I haven't had a need to use it yet, because I bought it for traveling long distances and was supposed to take a trip at Easter and was eager to try it out for an extended period of time, however the trip was cancelled. If i have problems later I will let you know.

Traveling for several hours on the road is now tolerable because I am able to use my netbook on the road to play games, watch movies and to complete work. When my battery needs recharging, all I have to do is plug in the car charger and continue to enjoy the my netbook. This charger works very well.
