This is a decent product. The issues I had with it were due to software which wasn't registered! And beware! It does NOT come with any operation manual. You also must update drivers for this unit. So...its nice for email and writing projects. Also even though I have expanded the font...i still need to wear my reading glasses to operate this. I found the ops manual an the Acer website.

great item this net book replaced my laptop that died. I'll never own another lap top. the size is great i wear tri focal s & have no problem seeing anything on the screen. easy set up with my home net work, battery lasts for hours, very happy with purchase.

I just received this Acer Netbook late last week. I receive it in good condition being that its already being used. The Netbook is in good working condition, i just had to dowload Security software and anti spyware on it. I like its small, light weight just perfect for me.

I purchased this netbook for my husband. He wanted it for surfing the internet and Skype. Well we have had to purchase an external microphone because the internal one doesn't work. Also, the battery doesn't hold a charge very well. As far as recommending this product to someone else, it really just depends on what they are expecting. There is always a possibility that something won't work in a refurbished item but ours wasn't a make or break it situation.
