Customer Reviews
This was my first time buying a refurbished product and maybe the last time. When I first turned on the laptop and I tried to use the keyboard, the keys got stuck, and so the cursor went crazy, repeating letters and numbers. I used the online customer service and the representative told me to try to correct the problem by depressing the keys harder and if that didn't work, then I could contact a representative back and I was assured an exchange or a full refund. Well, the suggestion didn't work, but I am happy to report that I am able to return it and get a full refund. The return policy is probably the best I've ever encountered with online stores. I will continue to shop at the "O" despite this delimna, because they really go out of their way to take care of their customers!!!
I bought this to replace an older Acer laptop, and found it to be faster, have better wifi reception. The netbook is used with an external monitor, keyboard and mouse.I think it is great!
The product was everthing that was stated and works fine. Only one problem was that a driver was missing for the wireless connection. Once downloaded everything worked fine. I would recommend to a friend. I gave4 stars for ease of installation because of the driver problem. Otherwise I like the product. I gave a 4 star rating but top shows 5.
I just bought the Acer AOD150, and so far I have been very pleased with almost everything about it. I enjoy being able to grab my new Netbook whenever I'm in a rush to get out the door for the new school year. It really has also made my travels a lot lighter and smoother. The only problem that I've had so far with the Acer AOD150, is that it takes a very long time to connect to any printer I use. Once it connects, it automatically transfers my Word documents over to OneNote, which will not let me print my documents.Overall, the Netbook has been a delight to use and I'm glad that I switched over to it.
