Great for small ears!
I have small ears and have had great difficulty finding earphones/buds that work for me. Usually, if they're not too big, they fall out, especially if I perspire. I was so pleased to find a pair that not only fit my ear, but because they also go over the ear, don't fall out. The sound quality is excellent too.

Not recommended for TV viewing
I ordered these to use for watching TV while on the treadmill. Unfortunately the sound quality was so poor the dialogue was muffled and impossible to hear. They may work well for other purposes but not for what I needed.
