When I purchased my AC to DC Car Charger Adapter for the low price that purchased it for, I thought that it might be junk and that I should have purchased the other one which cost alittle more. I am happy to say that it works great. I used it to charge my Magellan Roadmate 1200 GPS; it charged it about 2 hours. I recommend this charger.
This item works well. It has a red light confirming that it is working, and It allows you to travel with just one charging cord - the 12 volt car charger. You can leave the 115 volt ac cord at home. I really enjoy using it.
