I bought a1GB version last year and now it's 4GB, I'm not sure if I had that many songs but this player definitely can hold all my other files just like a flash drive. Lots of functions for a bargain price! Sounds great and FM works well.

I usually am considered quite computer savvy. This little gadget has given me fits. Since I am sure the problem may well be operators error I am not going to return the product because I am determined to get it to operate. To date no such luck. It is extremely difficut to navigate through the features.

This may seem like a great deal, but in my experience it's just not worth the trouble. File navigation is virtually impossible, even after reading & re-reading the manual. Loading MP3s resulted in corrupt files, so songs would not even play in succession, but stop after each one & then go back to the first one - very annoying. Runs on AAA batteries, which was not stated in the item description when I purchased it. Radio reception is so-so. Didn't try the other features. I would have returned it, but it didn't seem worth the trouble. In the end, I wiped the files, took out the batteries & will use it as portable flash drive. Hopefully, it will serve that purpose better. If you want a MP3 player, save your money and buy a quality device.

I was attracted to this because of its size. That, too, was its downfall. It was just too small to have so many functions. Not possible to actually use it properly. I sent it back.

This isn't bad for a first-time MP3 player, but the sound quality is not great. Volume doesn't go high enough, and the sound sometimes has an echo. Next time will spend more $$ and get a better player. On the plus side, it is very easy to use.

THE PLAYER WORKS, BUT IS MADE VERY CHEAP. IF OVERSTOCK HAD A BETTER RETURN POLICY, I WOULD HAVE RETURNED IT, BUT IT WAS ONLY $30. NAVIGATION BETWEEN FILES IS VERY POOR. MANUAL IS NOT VERY GOOD, AND NOT A BRAND NAME TO LOOK UP A WEB SITE OR TECH SUPPORT TO ASK FOR HELP. YOUR ON YOUR OWN. BASICALLY A FLASH DRIVE WITH A FEW CONTROLS. BETTER TO SPEND AN EXTRA FEW DOLLAR AND GET SOMETHING BETTER.

I think the model is very simple and easy to use. This is a product I would certainly recommend to those who seek for ease of use and simplicity. The design is quite good as well. Regards, Derek

This was one of the first type of MP3 players I used to listen to audiobooks and I've grown to enjoy its simplicity more than the other, costlier digital media players. The file structure is simple and effective.

works excellent, read instructions and play around with it a bit i was a bit confused at the beginning. the screan light needs to stay on longer when dark you can't see the scream to see whats playing. its easy to download songs. overall a great gift and item.

This was an investment for me. I am new to MP3 players other than hearing about them. I liked the 4GB room for future recordings. I bought it prior to leaving for a trip and it worked very nicely (flying). As far as getting music down loaded I think it is easy and I am not at all knowledgeable on technology these days. I like everything but have trouble sorting songs. I don't know if I can with this but I like to have songs filed and play what I am in the mood for not just whatever comes up. Small size is great.

Broke the very first time I tried to use the control button. Really not small and uses a battery. For just a few dollars more, the walkman is much, much better.

Good Mp3 player, but need some experience with mp3 players to get this one to work, or the patience to read the manual. Still don't know who made the thing, but no complaints, (as long as you don't mind AAA batteries, and a toy that requires a little thought to get it to work)

Great for kids that want to get their hands on your expensive MPS player. Sound is great, A bit tough to read the display (if you wear glasses) Easy for kids to use.

I am a technology invilid, which means I am over 50. After buying my first MP3 I bought three more! I listen to audio books as well as music : - ). The functions are easy to navigate and the MP3 is pretty, a pendant with earphones attached : - },

it does not work. it fails to format the music it records, so it cannot play any thing back. a big waste of money!!!

It's a great price for a 4gb mp3...I've found it frustrating to use...either some of the features aren't working right or I'm not figuring it out right...sitting on the shelf right now...'til I find the patience to try it again

I have been pleased with my mp3 player It was short a startup disk, but a call to your support site took care of the problem. thank you for the prompt handeling of the problem.

The directions for all the different features is extremely hard to understand. The end cap that covers the USB plug won't stay on...keeps falling off. I almost lost it 2-3 times. Guess I know why it was priced as a discount product. Would not recommend buying this model.
