I purchased this TTV for $XXX, I had it for 2 Months, then the sound died. I called Toshibas warranty department who told me they would have an outside repair company come out an drepair the TV in 5 business days. 8 business days later I called the company who said that Toshiba do not have the mother board, the part that needed tobe replaced so I called Toshiba again. They said I would need to wait another 2 weeks, MINIMUM, for the board to be shipped, then another 5 bisness days for the repair to actually be done. I asked if I could just return it for a new one, they said no. So I am now paying for cable service, have 2 kids that cant watch TV, and I am supposed to just sit by and wait until they can do something. I went a bought a similar TV from Samsung, slightly more expensive, but well worth the extra. I would not buy a Toshiba TV again, EVER

- Was the product free of any manufacturer defects? No
