There is no reason not to buy this product if this is the model you want. We needed to replace one just like this and saved a few bucks by buying refurbished. We are very happy with this product.

I j'adore this product!!! I was a little ah-fraid of buying a refurbished product but I have not a clue why I would be ah-fraid 'cause it is puhr-fect! I just heart it! No I double-dog heart it!! Aw-nestly don't be thinkin! Get one!!! Done, Done, and Done.

Product in good shape for a refurbished one. Would love to know what was "refurbished" though. What work was done on it? Never having owned an Ipod before, it took some doing to understand how it worked,and how sensitive the click wheel actually can be! Thought I had a loser in this one, but playing about with it helped. Better instructions would be appreciated by the older crowd. Pictures do not cut it. They are too vague. Most likely have not found all the features on the Ipod yet. It would be handy to have instructions where to find the various features instead of just punching and scrolling and wondering! All in all, I AM pleased with the product and would recommend friends buying one like this.

I was a little hesitant when I ordered this ipod as it was a refurbished one. However, to my great surprise it was a fantastic purchase. Not only did it arrive all wrapped up and looking like new, but it didn¿t have a scratch on it. It plays perfectly and I love it. It also came with the ear-phones and computer cord. The only thing it didn¿t come with is a manual but I was able to go to Apple website and download that myself. Wonderful purchase and I would recommend this to anyone.

This was my first ipod. It is incredibly easy to use. The computer senses the ipod and the itunes connected instantly. The download was fast and the ipod has transformed my relationship with my cds. I decided to buy the ipod since it was the CLASSIC IPOD. Great color choice can keep it hard to lose!

Excellent quality. I bought another ipod a year ago and have had no problems with either. I was able to get a 4GB for the price of a 2GB. I had a hard time finding the ipod in pink in the retail stores and limited time due to it being a birthday gift. But , as usual, on Overstock I found the color and I received it two days before the birthday deadline.The only thing my daughter didn't like was the old earbud design. I really think she just wanted pink earbuds which she did get as another gift . Yes, her brother does kow her well. Thanks again for making my shopping easy.

Item was shipped in reasonable time and packaged safely. There was only a tiny scratch on the front but hardly noticeable to the naked eye. I would definately recommend family and friends to use this service to find those hard to find items. My Ipod works GREAT!!!!!!

Though the price was fair for a 2Gen pink nano and everything worked fine, I was a bit let down with the amount of scratches and dents on the casing. Everything else was great but just be aware it is a refurb and will not look brand new.

Im so glad that I took a chance and bought this ipod. i love it so much and it hasnt given me any trouble or problems at all. you cant even tell that it is refurbished. i would recommend to anyone that they buy one of these refurbished ipods. i love mine!

I was nervous about purchasing a refurbished product as I have had problems with refurbished electronics in the past. This so far is working. It was very clean no scratches, the only dirt I could find was a little bit inside the headphone jack and it doesn't effect the function of the nano. The headphones were in a sealed packet I don't know if the are original but they work. The sound is good too. I'm surprised something this tiny can sound so clear. This is my first ipod. I already had itunes on my computer but I had more than 4G of music so I had to delete some things so that I wouldn't have to make a bunch of play lists. Although it says 4G it's more like 3.5 because of the features like the games that are preloaded on the ipod and things like the clock. It took me longer than I thought to set up but once I figured it out, it was fine (a manual would have been nice) I recommend asking someone who already has a ipod to help you set it up if you have never used itunes or an Mp3 player before, it can be frustrating if you've never done anything like that before. I just pressed random buttons until I got it to do what I wanted. Be careful unplugging the ipod from the charger. I could see how this could easily break in the future. It's so thin that I would recommend getting a screen protector and some sort of case. I'm rough on electronics so I bought a case before getting the nano. There are so many things that go with the ipod that I wished I would have invested in one sooner. If you have small or sensitive ears I recommend getting a separate set of headphones because I have trouble keeping ear bud type earphones in my ears. They fall out when I'm running. I've had my nano for about a week and I'm happy with it.

When I first tried to load it on my computer it didn;t automatically load ITunes like the instrustions said. After talking to an Overstock customer service rep, he helped me load ITunes and after that it has worked like a charm. I love the sound quality and it holds a lot of music, which is all I really want it for. But it has many other features I could use too. It was a great buy!

I am pleased with both the Ipod and the speaker system which was ordered at the same time. I was asked if I needed help placing the order by an Overstock associate and although I have ordered several times on my own, agreed to let her help me. When it came time to place the order, I specifically told her it was for my daughter, gave her the address in Portland, Oregon, confirmed the address and yet, the product was sent to me at my home in Nevada! I then had to pay shipping twice since I didn't have time to reorder and return original! I think that more attention to detail is not asking too much.

The refurbished pink iPOD that I purchased is working awesome so far. It did not come with the actual manual, but I did receive a mini manual of how to use the basic functions. Good thing I already knew how to use an iPOD. Also I feel more comfortable that I purchased the 2-year protection plan.
