Sorry, this device was not worth my investment. I gave up on it and planning to send it back. Couldn't even get music loaded on it and haven't even used it. This is not a user friendly and I guess too complicated for me to figure out.

This product is extremely difficult to download any files, music AND pictures. Also the folder catagory is lacking. The sound quality is horrible AND the battery dies very easy. I bought this for my daughter for Christmas & she could not wait to get rid of it. THIS IS A VERY BAD MP4.

i order this mp3 player for my kids for x-mas and it was hard to operate and i would'nt get it to work with my pc .i ever got someone esle to try it for me and it just wouldnt work .so i sent it back and i order some thing esle .and no i wouldn't order this brand ever again

While I am still trying to learn how this works, I get frustrated, when I am trying to read up on how to program it, the MP4 turns itself off. I have to start over and search for the right area to program. Ease of use for a novice like me is terrible. Yes, this is my first I-Pod device I have tried so there is a lot to learn. Any advice? Besides asking my 11 year old?

It dosen't hold a charge very long - a little over an hour. Do like the looks but did'nt realize it wasn't Mac compatible. Use the FM Radio while at the gym which is the main reason I bought it.

do not expect too much for it. Its is so hard to work most of the features unlike what it says on the instruction. Its so sad that i bought one for my dad as a gift for fathers day......

Pay the extra $$$ & buy an iPod. Difficult to use & understand. The info on the screen alone is way too much & confusing.The screen darkens within 10 seconds so it's almost impossible to scroll through to select a song. The instructions don't help a bit with providing info on how to operate the darn thing. Don't even think about the going online to get additional info because it is a waste of time. I despise it! My son has an iPod & it couldn't be easier to use. That's what I get for being cheap. NEVER again. Buy the best & stay away from the rest...especially this one.
