I have a brand new Macbook and it will not read my XD card....not sure why.

This reader-writer card is excellent. I have just unpacked it, connected it to the USB port with the supplied cable, inserted my camera SD card and immediately read it. I was also able to transfer pictures from the camera to my PC, and from my PC to the card and then I copied them to my laptop, and it did everything smoothly and without hesitation. It is able to read a lot of types of cards, even though I have just used the regular SD memory card from my digital camera. Great investment for my future purchases of other types of memory cards Great product. I will recommend it for those with old PCs that are not equipped with built-in card readers/writers. I use Windows XP Professional.

We got this product because as Realtors we all take photos of homes and this product allows everyone to load their photos onto the computer for making flyers no mater what the size of their card or which camera used.

Easy to use and does exactly what I wanted. Always seen to get what I need from overstock.
