Product works well. Very nice features, and cool that it comes with a remote control. Also a plus that it comes with an accessory charger too (although many cars don't have two cig plugs to use). Offers many, many frequencies for the FM station, this is important and some models of transmitter offer very few!! The cable to connect phone/media player is VERY short, and the end that connects to the transmitter is very small---not a normal size, so replacing it is probably not an option (of course you can buy an extension audio cable from anywhere). For the price this was a great deal (paid about $$$ or so).

Not much to the product, just a few pieces, but actually got a remote that I did not expect. An added bonus; in Louisiana we call that Langiappe!

Overstock's service was excelent, I got the product before the expected time of delivery. The product on the other hand was way below expectation. I did what I was instructed to do but the reception was very very low with a lot of hiss and to hear anything I had to turn up the gain which also increased the volume of the hiss and interfairance. It did not even come close to meeting my expectations at all. An absolute waste of money. CRAP CRAP.

This product works very well, except there is a lot interference. For the price, it does the job. Just not well enough for me!

The only problem is the documentation that comes with it. Frankly, the product is a little more sophisticated that I expected and the documentation is written in Chinese/English and is virtually meaningless, in addition to being miniscule! So, it's a learning process, but it seems to be working very well for me!
