Bad Start, Great Finish
Initially, I was sent a case for a completely different phone - the HTC EVO. I went to the web site and tried the self-help return process, but was frustrated because it did not include an option to return a product that was shipped incorrectly to you and receive the correct product. Rather, it only allowed me to return a product, pay shipping, etc. as though it was my fault. As a result, I tried the chat feature and was pleasantly surprised with the ease with which an exchange for the correct product was performed. Ultimately, I received the correct product and was provided with a pre-paid label to ship the incorrect product back. Part two of the order was the screen protectors. It took longer than expected to receive the product (approximately 1.5 weeks), but I am satisfied with the product and its quality.
