I bought a green MP4 player for my granddaughter (12) for her birthday June 9th. Her brother had his 10th birthday on June 19th. After seeing his sister's' he said "Grandma, remember how you like to spend the same amount of money on all your grandkids?" I said "Yeah, that's my rule of thumb", He said OK, I'll take a blue one. I paid one dollar less for his 2 weeks after my first purchase and even his step-dad has commented that he hasn't seen one this easy to operate with all the additional features, even came with 2 songs and a video already loaded. Now the stepdad wants his own. LOL

Pretty good little music player for the money. The only problem is that there is absolutely no customer support if you need it. No phone number, no website, no information at all. Don't even know who makes the darn thing. Other than that, it has worked pretty well. The FM tuner doesn't pick up great. Had 2 songs that would not play or properly convert. Instructions are very brief. Great for kids & my husband to work-out with.

Bought this for my 7 year old daughter. She really likes it and is pretty easy to use but the instruction manual that came with it isn't very clear; not written in very good English. I would like to use more of the features, but haven't figured out how to yet. It is a pretty good value but if you need concise instructions, you should probably look at a more popular player.

The product works alright, but the "Games" menu has no games, and the CD doesn't work to provide support software for converting video to format to be seen on player. Can copy songs from CD's to player through computer.

I guess I assumed uit would be more of "todays" quality, but it wasn't - kids seem to like it but the videop quailty lacks.

I purchased 2 of these for gifts for my aunt and uncle and they love them. It has pretty much the same features as the more expensive ones but at a much more reasonable price. Fun colors too. I am very pleased with this purchase.

very easy to download music to. I gave it four stars because it is a good product. If you have little ones like we do who want what big sister or brother have and dont want to spend the money, this is it!

I just got this in this morning for Christmas for my 7 year old son, and I have to say that I am impressed!! It came in a very nice box with a car charger, regular wall charger, really nice headphones, cd for downloading the software, and a skin protector for it too!! I didn't know that it was going to come with one- what a bonus!! I plugged it in to charge and turned it in and played around with it a little, it looks very easy to use, kid friendly for sure!! It even lets you download movies and pictures!! Definitely got my money's worth on this one.....
