We ordered this AC/DC TV/DVD based on other customer reviews and were very disappointed to receive one that had been repacked in a strange box. We opened it, plugged it in and tried to turn it on and got no picture of any kind. Inserted a DVD with no luck. I contacted Overstock and the next day they sent me a shipping label with which I used to return the TV to Overstock.com. They immediately sent me a replacement which I received within three days. We opened it, plugged it in and BINGO. Great DVD picture, great sound. We are very pleased with the initial performance of this unit. This time the TV arrived in the manufacturer's box and had not been repacked. This all took place within one week so we can vouch for Overstock.com's very prompt customer service. We are happy campers!

This TV works great. I bought it for our hunting camp where we have no electrical service. As long as we have a fully charged battery on the camper, even the DVD player works great on this unit. Clear picture and sound. Easy to operate. Grandkids love it.
