I'm very unhappy with the overall MP3 player wasn't able to download any music and after fully charging it, could not get it to turn back ON.

This is a good purchase for a teenager who does not listen to a lot of songs, but enjoys to look at pictures and watch videos. I would recommend an easier way to upload video files and pictures. It seemed pretty easy to upload the songs, but it takes some time if you are uploading more than one song at a time.

I'm beyond disapointed with this product. It should get zero stars if that were an option! I purchased it for my 5 yr old- he was SO excited to use it, it crashed iTunes on my computer when I loaded the software and the directions are vague and in VERY broken English. I downloaded the files to the player (from another computer), but it doesn't recognize the songs at all. I plan to throw it away if Overstock won't take it back! Be warned!

Was not as pleased with this purchase as previous ones. No manual only a cd that still gives no operating info. so unhappy w/prodcut, it's still lying on my computer desk because of frustration. have not been able to enjoy my new toy. think it was a bad purchase on my part. very unhappy w/the product.

i bought this product for my daughter on her birthday. and she loves it she is the envy of all her friends.they feel that such a nice mp3/mp4 player with a screen is way too expensive . but i say. not at overstock.com.where i plan to be a regular shopper. thank you over stock.com you have very good service . your products always arrive as promised.

Works well. Has enough memory for me I only use it for my gym workouts

I bought this for a young man who rides my school bus who had lost his. He was thrilled with this saying it was better then the one he had and could never had been able to buy such a nice one. Just what I wanted it to do!!!!

The player is a good value, although the buttons are hard to push on the player! But the install on the puter is easy and the transfer of songs to the player is easy, as well as pics. I am not happy with the length of time that it took to get to me. I had to wait much longer than was told!

I've had it for a week now and so far I'm really happy with it. Sound quality is excellent!! For a price like this, I was surprised at how good the sound quality is. And I really like the voice recording part, which makes it a great toy to play with when I was bored. I'm thinking of getting another one for my nephew as Christmas gift. Great value, strongly recommend it!

Difficult to configure and download music, spend the money on an Ipod!!!!!!!!!!

found it easy to load music and set stations on the tuner. Menu not easy to navigate to get to music file to play. Will probably end up replacing with something else and give to my 13 year old.

Mine came with 2 g of memory, the sound is excellent, it played mp4s very well. it is a little hard to navigate but once you get use to it it is not so bad.. Very good graphics.

It looked pretty nice in the picture but when I got it looked really cheap and i don't like how it works. I wish I wouldn't have thrown out the papers to send it back....

the item isn't user friendly, i intend to give this to my 10 year old niece, the program that is used to upload the media to the device is tedius and hard to understand! some of my own cd's can't be put on easily, i'm getting a message that the info is not compatible, and i need to buy winnap pro!! what kind of stupidness is that!! i tried calling the support number, of course i got no response. also what in heaven'sdoes ENEQUE mean!!!!!! big mistake to get this product, wish i could return it.
