I had purchased the Zipper Rescue Kit for regular clothing a few years ago and knew they made one for outer wear, etc. When my favorite winter jacket's zipper pull broke I ordered this to replace it. It would have been a nightmare to have had to replace the entire zipper.

The kit contained many of the most popular zipper pulls used for canvas tent,etc. However,the pull I needed was not in the kit, but I able to call ZRK Corp and arrange to get the exact zipper pull I needed. The zipper is fixed. Saved me a lot of money and a lot of work !

This is a great product - my need was to replace the slide on an expensive waterproof jacket. The alternatives were finding a tailor to replace the zipper, buy a new jacket, or replace the slide myself. The kit arrived, I picked out the right size slide, followed the instructions, and now I have a like new zipper, saving the jacket. Hooray!
