This is a nice pattern, but you may need to buy additional floss. I would not reccomend this for a beginner unless you have A LOT of time, as this quilt has many more stitches than some others.

This kit is a great value. Although I'm only in the beginning stages of sewing the quilt, I have enjoyed sewing it very much. The directions are easy to follow. The thread is presorted and that is a big time saver. Best of all was the price - I've looked at similar kits at ****and **** and even with a coupon, I still got a better price at Overstock.com.

This quilt is fun and very cute. The only problem I had is there is no room for error because of the floss that is sent is just enough. It is also a quilt you can change the colors to fit either a girl or a boy. I enjoyed stitching this quilt. It is fairly easy, but not reccommended for beginners.

I got this quilt for a friend who enjoys cross stitch kits. I wish there were more patterns that weren't already pre-quilted.

I have seen this item in many craft stores at a much higher price. This is exactly what I expected and have used this brand of product before so I know i will have no problems in completing this quilt.

This is a lovely quilt for that special little one that you have or are expecting to have. If you are new to cross stitching I would recommend that you not start with a project this big unless you have a lot of time to finish it before you are giving it.

This is a really nice baby quilt and very easy to follow directions for stitching. I would recommend this to any beginner of cross stitch

This quilt is very cute, but I agree with the other reviewer, you have to be very accurate as there is barely enough floss to complete the project in some of the colors. I also had some problems with tangling floss, and had to throw some of it away because I couldn't untangle the knots. The company that made the quilt would not help me with the floss, as they had not sold this item direct. This is definitely not a project for a beginner to attempt.
