The description of the product could better explain that you are ordering the forms to subsequently be forwarded to the company that will produce the pattern. I have mailed the forms and my pictures but have not yet received the patterns. Providing I receive the ordered patterns, I will be extremely pleased with the product. I'm looking forward to starting my cross-stitch.

I have used these cross stitch chart kits for many many years and they are absolutely wonderful. I made the mistake of trying a less expensive kit a few years ago and put ten hours into one before I realized that the coloring on the facial features of my picture were way off and the picture was a disaster. I threw the kit away (as well as the partial picture I had worked so hard on), re-ordered a Stitch-A-Photo kit like I should have done in the first place and started all over. I should have known better and I'm back to using Stitch-A-Photo kits exclusively and will never switch again. You won't be disappointed if you use one of these.
