This is a great tool for getting those little bits of paper out of the Jim Holtz dies that I use with my vagabond. I thought a common pin would work, but not like this tool does. I love it.

Takes time
This pick cannot be used to pierce small holes on metal dies- This pick works when you look at the front of the die and use it to scrape the paper remains out. I still need a paper piercing tool to help push paper out of a metal die that has small details. If using on a die with foam attached, rather than metal die, it works well.

Super basic tool
I use this little tool all the time--it's supposed to be used to remove tiny pieces from intricate die cuts but I use it for all kinds of other tasks. Anytime I'm looking for a sharp tool, this is the one I pick up.
