Poorly made
I bought this machine for my little girl but before I even had given it to her, it broke! The lever in the back that raises the foot, came out and then you could not use the machine at all since the foot would not come up. I gave up on this and I am buying her a real sewing machine. I found several real machines for under $40.

too bad no zero stars
It really is a shame you cannot give this product a zero. It is a great idea (no bobbin to mess with so easier to use) but it will not stitch. It sound like the person who gave this a 5 had not used it yet. It is horrible. If it does stitch it pulls out with easy- it is not a locking stitch. Do not give this to your little one even for fun- there will just be tears.

I have no problems with the product purchased. My problem is with the delivery. It was ordered on December 14, 2012. We did not receive it until January 2, 2013.

Awsome starter machine
I bought this as a gift for my granddaughter for Christmas. I can't wait to help her sew her first project. I had a Singer machine like this when I was a child and can't wait to see how well she likes it.
