    Normally I have nothing negative to say/report. This time though, when I got the sewing machine it was still broke. I knew it was a refurb and normally I don't ever have problems with that, this time I did. When I opened it the machine looked new. I noticed though the plastic cover to cover the machine appeared to have been cut when it was previously opened. That was ok it was a cheap cover. Tried to sew something and it sounded like the gears where grinding. It did nothing at all. Called customer service and they did quickly refund the machine and warranty I purchased. I never have a problem dealing with overstock customer service they are always friendly and quick to resolve any issue. Low stars were for the machine its self.

    • Please tell us about the quality of the product. Poor

  • Great for beginners

    This is a great machine for someone who just wants to do basic sewing projects. I am in no way a 'skilled' seamstress but so far I've completed a handful of projects with no problems! Its pretty user friendly and the manual helps you out when the machinations aren't intuitive. All around a great product! Nice and simple ;)
