Yes you can accomplish this request with the Cameo machine. If you want to cut custom shapes, you will need the upgraded designer edition of the software in order to do so, however.
What is the power voltage? AUS or US?
The Cameo can handle anywhere from 110V to 240V. 110 is standard for the US and 220 is Australia. I think some parts of Asia go all the way up to 240. But the converter box can handle pretty much everything.

The Silhouette Studio software is included with the item.
Can you create your own designs on a computer and use them on this cutter?
Yes, it gives you the option to create you own images.
Has anyone had a blade that wouldn't cut card stock? Silhouette sent me a new blade and this will not cut set at 5.
