I was weary to buy a serger that wasn't a well known brand. Glad I took the leap and bought it. It's easy to thread and love that it came with a DVD to help with threading. It truly is a great serger for beignets and those who are serger vets. Very sturdy. If your one the fence get the extra warranty for peace of mind.

This is my second serger but first brother serger. It simplified my sewing life immeasurably. It's easy to set up and use.

I really am enjoying this machine. I've only had a couple of problems, and they have been my fault. Like not using the proper needle, not having the needle inserted all the way, etc. This machine has taken the place of all my other machines, with the exception of my serger. But I have to say I use it more often than my serger, for sure. An excellent purchase.

I have owned this model for over two years. It hasn't missed a beat. Easy to use. No need to be afraid that you will not be able to thread it. If I can do it anyone can. Remember there is lots of valuable help online. This serger is a workhorse that keeps kicking no matter what I feed it. So far, so good. In my house it goes from chiffon to denim and doesn't miss a beat. Buying this one for my daughter (so i can borrow it when I visit :)). I am not easily "wowed" but this little machine delivers big results. Best of Luck, happy sewing!!!

I really like this machine. I had a singer tiny serger for years and I decided I wanted to do more professional looking clothes for my hard to shop for petite frame. This was ready to go out of the box! It was definitely a learning curve for me, I had no clue and had to learn by trial and error how this worked!! I wouldn't recommend this for a newbie to sergers but it has worked out well for me! Well made and easy to switch from overlock to coverstitch as long as you read the manual!

I love this machine. I'm so glad I bought it . The price use great,it's a must have when sewing. I recommend it highly. I have a singer serger that's over 30 years old that still works, but this one is so much easier to thread.

This is a great serger. With the price of these sergers being relatively low, I tend to buy sergers and use them until they wear out and then buy a new one. I use them for my business and this is a great serger. I have not used a lot of the other things that this does, but for straight serging it is a workhorse. I use it daily and it just keeps on going. I had a brother that worked pretty well but this is definitely a step above that. I would recommend it to anyone who needs to do a lot of serging - I have not had to change the blade nearly as much as with my previous sergers, it's just a bit sturdier it seems. Very happy with this purchase - and it's easier to thread, which is a big plus!

Finally broke down and got myself a computerized sewing machine. I chose this as for $20 you get the rolling case. it comes with no instructions so you have to put the interior panels together like a puzzle. the machine is AWESOME! I've been sewing for 38 years now (wow) and only have used standard machines and sergers. This is a game changer. Lots of stitches and accessories. Love the embroidery option!

I had bought the brother 1034 serger prior to this. I discovered I would use a coverstich more than just serging. I think the quality of the machine is nicer than the brother. It does not sound as harsh. It is difficult to thread compared to the sewing machine, but it is worth it to go to the website and print out the workbook. I think it sews well and glad I purchased it.
Sewing machines are big investments, meant to last through years of sewing and craft projects. If you want to keep your sewing machine in top condition, you need to do some maintenance on a regular basis. Maintaining your sewing machine can help you get the most out of it and enjoy sewing and quilting tasks for years or even decades. A well-maintained sewing machine will also reduce the need for repairs and tune-ups, saving you time and money. Read More
