Excellent machine. Very easy to use and the instructions are very easy to read and understand. I used it to embroider multiple items, they came out looking fantastic.

I have been paying other people way too much to monogram and embroider , and now I can do it myself! Love the machine ,works very well, and easy to use. Since I am a beginner I was worried that it would take a lot to understand, but it really isn't ! Singer does a great job with the instruction Manuel and overstock did great with the prize.

You almost need a flashlight for threading some parts of it. *The tray that holds the thread cones is a little low-and in the way. Getting your hand on the 'fed' side of the fabric isn't as easy as it should be. I bang into that tray all the time. *The telescoping thread guide (wire thing that raises up above the thread cones) is kind of spindly and fragile. *No on board storage / storage is lacking. It comes with a little box for the small pieces, but there's still presser feet and the cutter cover and co...

I have been doing embroidery for about a year. I had/have an Brother SE-400. I wanted to upgrade because of wanting a larger sewing field. This machine is the GREATEST!!! LOVE IT!! It by far surpasses my SE-400 and everything that I have embroidered has sewed out beautiful!
