  It took some time to get used to this ruler since it's thicker than most rulers that I use with rotary cutter. Once used to it, it works well. Haven't used it enough to determine if cutter blade is sharper after use.

  This ruler has been a nice addition to my sewing supplies. I have only recently started making clothing and have found this ruler to be very helpful in making that transition from sewing household items (like curtains, pillows, valances, etc.), where all the sewing is pretty much in straight lines, to sewing things that really need to fit.
