I haven't finished a project with it yet, but was hoping that this frame would help reduce the distortion of the edges of my work like my hoop appears to do. So far, I have found that it does slightly lose tension around the bottom edge where I am currently working. The edge of the fabric is under the clamp. I read another review that said it works better at keeping the tension if there is more excess fabric on the edges. I had that problem with the hoops as well so I don't feel it is a fault of this item. Overall I am pleased with the product and will continue to use it with future projects.

I purchased the Q-snap frame because of other reviews I read about it. So now I can say for myself that this light weight plastic frame works wonderfully.

I ordered 4 of these wonderful frames and I received them in a timely fashion and exactly as I ordered them. I will probably be back for more.
