These pens can be used to color in a stamped image or enhancing for a 3D look. I tried writing text with them and had a little trouble with the consistency of flow of the lacquer but I think it may just take some practice. I haven't tried printing the text in individual letters, yet.

  • Nice pens, not a great price

The pens are very nice, but they are over priced. I found the same set of pens at a local store for **** dollar less. Very disappointed in Overstock. I shop Overstock to get items at lower prices, but now I am going to have to compare prices before I purchase another item.

Hard to say. Still waiting. Told it would arrive on Thursday. It is now Friday almost noon, Mom's birthday is in 3 hours and it still has not arrived. Estimated delivery is inaccurate and misleading. Will update on product itself if and when it ever arrives.

Great pens for drawing. Gentle pressure is required for the finer tipped pens. Fantastic for fine detail work.

I have been using these pens for years; the only problem in the past few has been finding them in a store. But Overstock.com still has them available. I have my brass-nibbed calligraphy pens for fine work, but for something you can carry in your pocket and depend on its not leaking, these are my constant shirt-pocket companion. I've made a lot of friends over the years with these. When I meet someone new, as a memory aid, I write their name in 20 different fonts and then hand them the 3x5 card. They have a colorful memento of the occasion and people have told me they've kept that 3x5 card on their dresser for decades. They see it every morning and remember the calligrapher who wrote it. The points are hard enough to give you a good, clean line, but soft enough that you can do tricks like turning the point for the down-left strokes of copperplate scripts to make them look proper, the way they never could with the ballpoint pens you were taught with in school. They seem ...
