  • Blocking Board with Grid

    Jun 6, 2014

    feigy  from Jerusalem, Rating:5.0

These boards make steam blocking knit and crochet items really easy. The boards can be arranged in whatever configuration is needed for the item. The grid helps line the pieces up nice and straight and the foam is strong enough to withstand steam from a hot iron.

    alpacamama  from North Idaho, Rating:5.0

What a great invention. I have pondered for a long time what could make turning my swifts easier and I believe this is it. I have not used this device yet but have installed it on my swift and tried it with no yarn. I do believe it will work just fine. One down side is that it would not work on my ******** swift which I am disappointed about, but the other ones it does just fine. The ******** is just a bit too 'hefty' for the slot. Excellent value for the low price.

  • Comfortable gloves

    Aug 15, 2013

    quilthappygirl  from Boise, Idaho, Rating:5.0

I ordered these to use for keyboarding, not crafting. Even though there are no "fingers" in these gloves, they do a good job of keeping my hands warm enough to alleviate my arthritis pain. I got a size large enough that they aren't tight-fitting, so there is no compression to limit circulation. The fabric is deceptively light-weight, so you will be surprised that they are so effective. Just wish it were socially acceptable to wear them at work, but I have a client-facing job. My mother's arthritis is much worse than mine, and these give her noticeable relief, too.

  • Support Gloves that work

    Jan 9, 2015

    Larrolynn  from Dallas, TX, Rating:4.0

These gloves are a size large and fit me perfectly with just the right amount of compression and support though the measurement guide on the package indicates I would wear a size medium based on my palm size. They are supportive and help relieve the pain and spasms I get in my hands when crocheting, sewing, etc.
