Original Scrapbox Workbox Vanilla Bead Board Scrapbooking Desk/ Armoire

Negatives - Description did not say that the product had to be assembled, required 2 people, 4 hours each, 8 man hours. 2 of the pieces were defective, but made them work because the unit was almost together, and did not want to have to wait for replacements. Could use guide holes on the dividers to prevent chipping of the pressboard, (2 of the divider shelves chipped due to the difficulty of lining them up when putting in the screws, the included spacer was not sufficient for assembly of that area). Directions had the wheels put on first, but then you had to remove them later to put on the "L" brackets, and then re-attach. Unit is deep, and looks bulky from the side, needs to be placed in such a way that you have a view of the front only. Missing 2 shelves. Description said the item is wood, but it is actually pressboard. Freight company missed the scheduled delivery, wasted a vacation day waiting for it. They did not call, and when I called them, they said they "would probably have gotten around to calling me sooner or later to reschedule". Positives - Customer service was very professional and nice, when I called regarding the poor attitude of the delivery company, and the issue with the description not specifying that the unit had to be assembled. The unit looks nice from the front, and I really like all the storage inside. Locking brackets on top are OK, and keep the doors from swing open.
