cheap
I bought this item to use for tying up flys for fly fishing. Magnifying glass is tiny and cheap. Thank goodness the shipping was free at time of purchase, because when I tracked it, it went from KY, to MI, to GA, finally to my home state of PA...and then got misplaced and was found a week later in Washington Sate....on the other side of the COUNTRY!! After 3weeks I finally got my cheap, tiny product. SO Unsatisfied.

Great light/magnifier!
I do a lot of needlepoint, and this lightweight craft light w/ magnifier is just wonderful! It can be used table-top or clamped on to your needlepoint frame (which is how I use it). Because it's so lightweight, I can throw it in my bag and work on my project when I'm waiting at the doctor's office, etc. I love it!

Good Buy!
The base is a magnet, so it stays firmly on a metal surface. The clip part can be removed. I bought the ac charger to use when batteries go dead. Overall a good product.

Bright Light
I haven't had a chance to use it, but it has a bright light that has two settings. The magnifying glass is a little small, so I'm not sure how helpful it will be. The magnetized stand is handy, It sticks to my bed frame so I can use the light as a book light at night. It seems fairly sturdy, just not sure how it will do in the long run, but the price was certainly reasonable.
