    • Taking up a new hobby

      If I was rating this for delivery time ,I would have given it 1 star because I did finally receive this item.I have never had to wait 13 days for delivery of merchandise after being notified that it has shipped from any online business before.I had actually called custserv after 10 days to inquire as to where my purchase was.I was told by custserv to give it a couple more days and they will take care of it.When I finally received it in the mail ,I opened my package and started knitting.The instructions were easy to follow and I knitted a cap in 2 days.I bought this because I was taking up a new hobby and am thoroughly enjoying it.I now have to buy more yarn to start on my next project which should turn out to be a scarf if I do it correctly.I gave this 5 stars because I'm not going to hold my displeasure that it took so long for me to get this against the company since the item was obviously shipped on time and was stuck in post office limbo.

    • Basic Items, Not to Basic Book

      Very basic supplies to get you started knitting. The yarn is not great, but is fine for testing and trying techniques. I used the book along with online tutorials to get started knitting in a weekend.

      The instructions are nice and clear, but it would be helpful if there were more illustrations. It's difficult to know if the stitches are correct if there's nothing to compare them to. A good value for the price.
