I bought two of these, one for my craft room for ribbon spools too large for the snap it ribbon holder (also at Oversock.com) and it works beautifuuly for that. The second I bought to hang smaller handmade quilts and quilted table runners from. It looks lovely on the wall and my quilts are now seen and enjoyed even when not is use! This rack could be used for so many things ... material pieces, textil;e decorating, towel hanger by the home spa or pool , mutiple craft room usages as well as it's original intended purpose for wrapping paper rolls. Great space saver if you have the wall space. Sturdy. The directions were a bit confusing for the wall hanging feature. I kept thinking that I needed to leave the "back leg" off but then realized that the ENTIRE piece needs to be assembled whether or not you will use "stand along" or wall feature. The holes for hanging are on the "back leg."

This is a great item at a great price. It is difficult to find gift wrap holders that are a high quality, heavy duty product and also looks decorative. This one lets me display several of my professional-sized "cutter" boxes of wrapping paper and I used the bottom rung to hang all my rolls of ribbons. I also liked the option of hanging this vs. standing on the floor. This was easy to assemble too. I've gotten really into decorative gift wraps and ribbons and this makes the task of gift wrapping very easy now.

Rack was easy to assemble. It took me less than 1/2 hour. It came in a lot of packaging - which probably saved it from dings or nicks although an environmental mess. It is holding several papers right now. I am using it as an easel for now until I find the right spot for wall space. It is a bit of a pain to unscrew the rod each time you want to use the wrapping paper. It would be better if that part was some sort of quick release. I have received lots of compliments already and highly recommend it.

I purchased this item expressly for the purpose of displaying my quilts. It was assembled by myself (grandma) without help, attached to the wall according to the instructions, and now has six quilts being attractively displayed on the wall in the foyer. Quilts are heavy and this rack is sturdy. I like the idea that now I can rearrange the display whenever I want since there are several bars to hang the quilts on and does not have to be a permanent arrangement like most quilt racks are. I am altogether pleased with this purchase.

Great storage for all those rolls - be advised that the very tall rolls of wrapping paper do not fit on this - they're too long. I love the bars at the bottom to hang all my colors of tissue paper over and also for stringing through all my ribbons. So easy to get to - what a great product. The only thing that really isn't "me" is the scrollwork at the top. I plan to have my husband cut that part off with a metal grinder. Just a little to country for the way my home is decorated.

I bought this to be used in my gift-wrapping room in my basement. I was originally going to mount it on the wall, but have decided to use it as an easel instead. I love it. The quality is fantastic. Solid construction - not flimsy at all. The only downside is that the spindles that hold the wrapping paper are shorter than I anticipated. Only some of my rolls of paper fit. The others are too long. Even taking that into consideration, I would still recommend buying this.

When I received this rack the box appeared to be fully intact with no visible signs of damage. When I opened it the rack only one rail had a tiny piece of metal that appeared to be missing by the connection point. It was hardly noticeable and did not hamper the assembly so I continued. What did hamper the assembly was that there were no directions. Thankfully the outside of the box had a picture that helped me figure out how it should go. In a standing position it is a little wobbly. I am not sure if that was due to me putting it together out of sequence or what. On the plus side, it seems well made and is HUGE! I plan on hanging it on the wall when I can find a place that will accommodate it's size. Overall I am happy with it and not having assembly directions must have been a fluke.

I actually bought this rack to store/display bracelets! And I love it! It can definitely be used for ribbons, as is intended, or for wrapping paper. The versatility is nice too, as it can either stand freely on the ground or be easily hung on the wall. The assemble is super easy. If you are going to frequently remove the horizontal bars, this product may not be the best. I need to remove the bars frequently, so I did not screw the bars into the rack, but rather left them to loosely hang. In order to do this, I had to loosen the end caps in order to make the bars extend past the scrolled ends. It worked for me!

I purchased this item for my sewing room to put rolls of stabilizer for my embroidery on. It works really well. Love this wrapping Rack. Just wish it had a place for the ribbon rolls as well. You can hang it on a wall, Or just stand it on the floor. It is always ready. I am turning a room into a wrapping room and thought this was the best and most economical option for organization of wrapping paper. I'm overall happy with it, except that it doesn't hold enough paper for my regular wrapping AND my Christmas wrapping so I'm still going to have to use another container to hold Christmas wrapping which is what I wanted to avoid. I was hoping to keep it all on the wall but outside of having something custom built this is a good option.
