Be sure to clean them!
there is a dark residue on the wires-be sure to wipe them down before you use them. Other than they, they worked great!

Greatest knitting gadget
I have used the knitting blocking wires only once since I received them to block a baby blanket. It gave the blanket a perfect rectangular shape with no scallops that blocking pins alone would cause. It has a fantastic professional look to it.

Great set for a beginner to block with!
I have never blocked my knitting until now. I wasn't even sure what I needed to start with. This kit is great for someone like me, with simple instructions and 2 kinds of wires, straight and flexible. I love the storage tube although it is just a steady cardboard tube with plastic tops, it is perfect to keep the wires and yard stick out of my cats' reach!

This is exactly what I was looking for and a lot less expensive than on knitting sites. Just what was needed and not too much for the start of lace knitting and other knitting projects. Everything was in excellent condition, and it had all the materials needed. This is a great buy!
