Bought this as a gift for a new young lady that is taking up sewing. Great presentation. exactly as seen on the site. Would purchase again. She can keep all her new sewing gear in one place.

I sent this to my sister for her Birthday. She said it was very cute and loved it! The only concern was that UPS left it on her doorstep on a very windy Minnesota day and although UPS said it was delivered the gift could not be found. Two days later it was found down the street under a neighbors porch. Overstock was helpful when I reported the gift missing.

I would highly recommend this basket to customers because it was hard for me to find. But Overstock was the last place I looked and it was very satisfying. It held all of my sewing needs from the older (20yrs) basket and the plastic tray inside was a great addition for scissors and items i would need there.

A sewing basket that is large enough to hold supplies at home and easy to take to class. The handle on top is wonderful and there is a snap clouser that keep your notions safe. The plus, it looks good setting in the sewing room also. Great basket for my needs.

This basket is a little on the small size. It would probably not be big enough for a serious seamstress. The hard plastic tray was a nice feature and the fabric on the outside of the basket was really pretty. The basket could have been more stury. I was pleased with the product, but there is always room for improvement.

I bought this sewing basket for my daughter for Christmas and she loves it ! The outside design of the box is adorable and the detail of the tape measure trim adds to the appeal. The size is perfect for her, some sewing boxes are a little too small. The basket seems very well made and sturdy. It was delivered very quickly. I recently tended my mom when she broke her arm. She has these nightgowns she loves to wear but they tear easily so while I had some down time I sat about the tedious work of sewing these up for her. When I went to her sewing box I pulled out a treacherous wad of needles and pins bundled precariously in thread. It was a horrifying site. I immediately knew what I was getting her for Christmas. I looked all over the internet and around town for the perfect sewing box and when it arrived in the mail I was not disappointed. With the tiny plastic boxes I added to house her pins and needles and thread, she absolutely -loved- the present. She never has time to organize things but she loves to sew when she can. She'll love it a lot more now :)
