  • Great machine, but outdated technology

    I LOVE THIS MACHINE EXCEPT that one must buy a proprietary adapter and a TYPE II flash memory card, preferably 128mb , and an adapter to connect the Type II flash memory card to one's computer so patterns can be transferred. When these items are no longer available, one will be screwed. Otherwise, the embroidery is beautiful, the tension is a dream, and I love it. I just ordered a giga hoop for it. I have an embroidery business. I wish I would have known about the technology before I got it. I may have still ordered it since the next step up is several thousands of more dollars, but, as it was, I felt tricked. However, it does wonderful work and should last me a long time. If the technology was updated, I woud have rated it 5 stars.

    • How did the image on site compare with the actual product? accurate, but no photo of the right side where proprietary technology hooks up
    • How accurate was the on site description of the product? Did not mention that it did not take standard memory sticks
    • Please tell us about the quality of the product. Excellent quality, fun to use
