I was expecting card stock. The cards and envelopes are very lightweight. I don't know what this would retail for but I'm not interested in purchasing it again. I was going to give it as a gift but will have to keep it.

Nice cards!
These are nice neutral cards that you can decorate individually. You can't really write on the outside of them though as they have a rubber layer on them. But you can certainly glue things to it. The card itself is rather thin but okay for writing a small note.
