Twenty years ago I found an amazing product in an arts and crafts shop. It's crystallized plastic which when heated becomes moldable. As it cools its consistency is similar to the little army guys my brothers used to play with. I started out by making beads and little statues, advanced to making a little guy for my son's pinewood derby, and eventually for repairs (like the squeaky wheel on the hamster's habitrail!) For years I've lost track of it, could only find it in stick form already colored for jewelry use. I kept searching it and looking in the art shops and NOW here it is! It was because of Friendly Plastic that I joined Overstock.com. Anybody who stocks FP can't be all bad... :)) Of course since then I've gotten a number of other wonderful products, and spent many happy hours reading the OS online catalogue. How can any household be completely without Friendly Plastic?
