Fun and easy for 7 year old.
This is a really nice latch hook kit. I had the buy the hook separately, but it only cost XXX at a craft store. (latch hook not included is in the description.) The colors are pretty, the canvas is printed clearly, and it is a small size, so it is not too overwhelming for a 7 year old to do independently, and a fun mom/daughter together project. The instructions are very easy with clear illustrations for a beginner to follow if not familiar with latch hook technique. Once done, this will make a pretty pillow, or wall hanging.
