    GRANTED, I AM USUALLY TOO IN A HURRY TO GO GET THIS GREAT TOOL, BUT IT IS GOOD FOR DOING WHAT IT IS SUPPOSED TO DO. IT IS A GOOD IDEA TO HAVE YOUR TO-BE STAMPED PAPER/CARDSTOCK ON A STAMPING PAD OR A THIN MAGAZINE IN CASE THE TABLE IS NOT PERFECTLY FLAT. WITH A GLASS TABLE TOP THIS IS NOT NEEDED. WITH THIS TOOL YOU CAN BETTER SEE WHERE YOU WANT TO STAMP. JUST PRESS STRAIGHT DOWN AND IT'S DONE. GREAT FOR STAMPERS WITH A TREMOR OR A HABIT OF TILTING THE PAPER AND STAMP.     • READ THE REVIEWS. STAMP ON TOP OF A SOFT MAGAZINE OR A GLASS TABLE TOP. THAT IS: PLACE YOUR PAPER/CARDSTOCK ON TOP OF SOMETHING WITH A LITTLE "GIVE" UNLESS YOU ARE USING A GLASS TABLE TOP WHICH IS ALWAYS EVEN. POSITION THE CLING-MOUNTED STAMP ON THE UNDER SIDE OF THE PRESS, POSITION WHERE YOU WISH TO MAKE THE STAMP IMAGE AND PRESS STRAIGHT DOWN BEFORE THE INK IS DRY.

    • You have to turn it upside down on your table, put your acrylic letters/single letters of the alphabet on it making sure that they stick to it well and make it spell out what you want it to say (in reverse of course), brush the ink you want to use on the letters, , then turn the stamper right side up again on your table. Then press down on the stamper's center. That will make your letters come out even on what you're stamping.
