What Overstocked.com doesn't come out and say is that the item they are selling is not the same item you get at the typical office supply store. When you buy the product from a brick and stone vendor, the Fiskar 12-inch Paper Trimmer product comes with an extra cutting pad and 3 extra cutting wheels. Overstocked.com REMOVES these items from the product version they sell, but they leave the empty plactic bags in the product box as evidence that they were removed. Cleverly, they don't list the missing parts on the parts list, leaving it up to the customer figure out they have removed parts from the package. Consequently, I would not trust anything I think I am getting from Overstocked.com to be what I am familar with as an equal product bought from brick and stone vendor. Buyer Beware.

I liked it!
It is a really big trimmer, but is good for someone who wants something better than those small fiskars cutters. I have one of those too. An excellent item to have for those who want a clean cut with an easy to read cutter.

Doesn't cut straight
I was very disappointed in this rotary cutter. I have tried several brands and all seem to suffer from the same problem. The first few uses are great and then after that, they stop cutting a clean edge or the line becomes less straight. I use these cutters for scrapbooking so the most I am cutting is a sheet of cardstock. I only cut one sheet at a time so I am amazed that I am having these issues. I can't say that I would recommend this cutter, but I am not sure it is any worse than any other brand out there.

Please Measure at Least 2x!
Item is well-built, and large. Variety of cutting blades available. Cuts smoothly with pressure applied to cutter. Beware the measuring !! The measurements on the top of the cutter table are NOT accurate to the cutting blade! The cutter is actually another 1/4" away from table markings!! If you don't want to always remember this, don't buy this! It's really too bad, as it is otherwise a nice cutter, especially for the avg. retail price of below $50.
