Wizard Nestabilities Dies are a super product. Having already purchased the Scalloped Circle Dies, I couldn't wait to order the Oval Dies. They are great - easy to use with the Cuttlebug machine. The effect of rubber stamping on the oval dies delivers a beautiful image. The "Nesties" will become a very much used and treasured addition to my supplies. The dies cut, emboss and give you the ability to sencil with them. Three great products in one. I wholeheartedly recommend them.

Saw these demo'd at a scrapbook convention. Great tool for making cards, embellishing scrap book pages or creating gifts (e.g., labels for small bags, jars). Works with my Cuttlebug and the package provides detailed information, including images, for using the correct layers (A, B, or C) for cutting dies or making embossed pieces. To emboss, you will need a rubber mat similar to the one sold by Spellbinders.

I am a rubber stamper, and this embossing folder is not only beautiful, but also very unusual. I have never seen it for sale in any craft store. I love it.

This is my first time using the Nestabilites, and I love them. They are a great value considering what other dies go for. I used them with my Big Shot Machine, and they worked great. I believe that you need the rubber pad to go with them if you plan to use them in the Big Shot for embossing. I will be purchasing more shapes soon. Overstock has a great price on this product!

Being a rubber stamper and cardmaker I found that this brand of dies worked excellently for creating frames for focal images on my cards. It matches up well with the plain ovals too so that I get a great look with the two layered together on cards. I will definitely continue to buy the Wizard Nestabilities.

Once I learned how to use these properly with my Big Shot, I've been thrilled to bits with all of the nestability dies. Tips: For intricate dies like these rectangles, always use a chunk of wax paper between the die and the paper, it makes popping the cut-outs a breeze. There is a tiny hole on the back of the die for each and every "well" on the die, using a pick to pop out the tiny bits is easy. Even easier with the wax paper. It took a bit of experimentation to figure out the thickness of shim to use with these super slim dies. I use a metal sheet under the die on tab2 for cutting and a rubber mat on top of the paper on tab1 for embossing. I use the thin-width green painters tape to hold the shim, die, wax paper, and paper in place when I need things lined up exactly. It doesn't effect the cutting of the die, comes off most papers easily [fibrous or thin papers should be tested first, like a mulberry or tissue paper], and stops things from jumping around from static cling. Wiping all the surfaces, including the paper, with a dryer softener sheet also helps negate the static cling. The easiest way to colour inside the die-cut shape is to leave it in the die itself while you chalk, paint or stamp on the center part. That way the edge of the die gives you a very clean line. You can mix-n-match with other nestability dies as well. I like to use the largest rectangle of this set with a scalloped oval inside.

Love using these ovals for cards and scrapbooking. I put a picture or use a rubber stamp as the center and then make them pop with pop dots. Great product for a great look.

I'm new to embossing and die cutting. I've read where one can cut and then emboss but I couldn't figure out how to do it. I finally saw a YouTube video that shows that process, mentioning this rubber matt. I didn't know they existed but checked O, since they have a large supply of craft items. Found the mat at a great price, the shipping was free and timing was perfect. I can now emboss as well as die cut with my Cuttlebug machine.
