  • Great fun embroidery machine

    his is a great embroidery machine, very easy to learn how to thread and the automatic needle threader is awesome.Designs are built in easy to find and easy to make. Hardest part is making sure fabric is very taught in hoop but found an easy way online to make sure it is tight and will take the stitched correctly. you need to buy stabilizer(s) as they do not come with the machine and are needed to do embroidery on anything. I bought water soluble and tear away stabilizers and they work perfect on the machine and on most fabrics. it comes with disney designs and pixar designs built in and it is easy to download more on Ibroidery.com which is operated and owned by Brother so if you have any problems they have a number to call and they do help as well as follow up with you a few days later to make sure everything is going ok.I am impressed by this machine and by the support we have gotten from Brother. I do suggest you use high quality embroidery thread sucj as Simplicity Pro or Gutterman. cheap thread can cause alot of lint and gum up the machine.

    I wanted this machine for one reason. To be able to put names on quilts and Towels, this machine for the money is great. sews out beautifully and mickey and minnie are a bonus for my littler grandbabies. this machine is perfect if you just want to do small things and are a beginner. I have had expensive over 4,0000. machines and this one can't use different size hoops only uses 4x4 but again you will not be disappointed in the work she does. beautiful..

It does have lettering fonts and alphabet fonts for names and dates as well as 35 Disney characters and access to many more designs.
