I LOVE the automatic needle threader! I LOVE the drop-in bobbin! I LOVE computerized button holes! I LOVE the pre-set computerized stitches! Plus the thread tension settings are pre-set and perfect! Instructions are clear and a big red HELP paper with an 800 number is included - I haven't needed it at all! I just finished completely lining a new set of padded car seats, using felt material (thick) with velcro fasteners - I made buttonholes, I used zigzag, triple stretch, overcasting, shell tuck - all kinds of stitches - this machine never faltered! Maybe a true seamstress needs more ... but I don't! Refurbished? Hard to believe! I recommend this sewing machine to everyone!

I bought this sewing machine a few years ago and loved it so much I then bought one for my mother. This year my daughter decided that she wanted to learn to sew so I also bought her one. I think the thing that I like most about this machine is that there are so many options that come with it.As far as my 6 year old is concerned the option to slow the sewing down has been so helpful for her. She doesn't realize that when you push hard on the presser foot is zooms off so all I have to do is just set the machine to sew slower and when she pushes the foot it doesn't take off flying.My mother has problems with her legs and there is an option where you can disconnect the presser foot and then sew by pushing a button instead. That has made all the difference for her.I also love all the decorative stitches and especially the automatic button hole maker. This sewing machine is just so easy to use and if you are like me and hate spending hours reading an instuction manual then you will love this machine becuase it's very easy to learn and then get right to the sewing.My old machine would stop sewing when certain things were not done properly and then I would spend forever trying to figure out what was wrong. On this machine it will give you an error message with a number by it and then the instruction manual will tell you exactly what that number means so I can fix the problem and move on without all the frustration. I love this sewing machine!!! Worth every penny!! I'm glad I bought it!!!

I wanted to get a sewing machine that wasn't incredibly complex but that also had more than a few stitches. It arrived quickly and in good condition with the exception of the accessory box being broken. I called Overstock and they are sending out a replacement part. The machine has a nice size, and the extended table is amazing and easy to attach. The automatic bobbin threader is really nice as well as the automatic needle threader. This machine also comes with a hard cover, a BIG plus. Like any sewing machine, it took a few tries to get the thread/bobbin tension correct. All in all, a very satisfactory product!

This is my first ever sewing machine. I wanted one with a decent number of extras but with a simple design, without more bells and whistles than I could set wrong and not be able to fix. This machine has what I want. Plenty of stitch types, easy tensioning. Very simple threading, that actually works! I've not had any troubles with it. Although it was refurbished, it came with all needed parts, even the manual. I am very pleased.

I just received my sewing machine and I just love it!!! It came with so many wonderful attachments and easy to understand directions. The machine looks like it's brand new!! The machine is great for any person out there who is a new quilter or just likes to sew anything. Overstock was great about getting it sent out. I received my package in about 4-5 days!! There prices were very reasonable. I would recommend any one to purchase this machine. Great Buy!!! I bought this for my daughter who wanted to learn to sew, this is an excellant machine and was very easy to learn even for someone like us who had never used a sewing machine before. I would strongly recommend this machine.

My friend and I both bought this machine at the same time and hers came with a darning foot and quilting guide, mine did not. So bummed. Now I am looking for a darning foot for it. So, just beware, probably due to the refurbished aspect, they may vary a bit.

The sewing machine is great, although I still have not figured out how to do the self-threading part. I have been told by others who have similar machines to be patient and it will eventually be clear to me! The directions aren't very clear on that particular item. The extra surface is a little unwieldy and creates a storage problem. However, other than those complaints, the machine is great and I have already tackled projects that have been backing up.

WOW - what a great machine. I haven't sewed for well over 20 years and was looking for a machine I could use for general sewing and I am taking quiliting classes this month. This came with everything needed for basic sewing and more and included many attachments. The quality is great, the service provided by Overstock is wonderful.

I've been sewing for many years, but this is my first experience with a computerized sewing machine. It makes sewing fun! As with any new machine, you have to learn specifics on how to refill the bobbin & how to thread the machine, but the instructions are easy to read & the EX660 has diagrams printed right on it for you to follow. Although I'm still using the manual for info on stitches, the screen shows you which foot to use & automatically changes the stitch length & width when you change the stitch setting. The needle threader is great for my "old" eyes & the machine's light weight makes it easy to move from one place to another, but it performs like a heavier sewing machine. I haven't tried out any of the decorative stitches or any of the quilting features yet, but I'm looking forward to giving it a try. I wish the light was a bit brighter & that the display screen was lighted, but these aren't major concerns at all. Note that the hard cover is truly just a cover, not a case. I'm very satisfied with my Brother EX660 & as always, Overstock's outstanding service -- way to go!!

I have had this product for several months now and have done a great deal of sewing. It is a great machine and a great value. Mine came and it was every bit as functional as a machine I had previously used that was $600+ and weighed less and was easier to put away. The Button hole foot works well, as do all the others, it is simple to thread and the bobbin is easy as well. The "pink" isn't so much pink as more of a dusty rose color. The case is nice as well. As I sated this is a very lightweight machine. I have yet to have a single problem with the machine! I have even use the double needles that come with it. GREAT! Mine came with all parts and accesories. THANKS overstock, for a great value!

I thought this sewing machine was going to be great. .. from reading all the reviews and so I decided to get this. For awhile everything ran smoothly. It would sew through the denim. It had all the stitch patterns I wanted. I was soo thrilled .. until one day I got the threading error over and over again. After cleaning it and following instructions from the book it still didn't work. I'd get a few nice stitches and then it would jam again. I was not happy. I am happy with Overstock.com however. The wonderful customer service fixed things and made them right. Gave me most of my credit after my phone call. Gave me a PRE-PAID label to ship it back with. Gave me the rest of my credit when they found the item faulty. I was not pleased with this refurbished item and will never buy one again. But I am thrilled with Overstock.com honoring my return and giving me all my money back. They are great! Thanks!.

I ordered this machine as my first sewing machine at age 61. I have loved using it and learning to sew on it. Very easy to set up and use. It looked brand new with packaging, instructions on use, etc. Thanks to Overstock for offering this fantastic machine at such a great price. Excellent shipping also.

This machine is so easy to operate and makes me look like a really good seamstress. It's quiet and sturdy. The manual is clear and comprehensive. Simply, I could not be more pleased with the features and the quality of this sewing machine.

I purchased the Brother machine to have as my spare. I couldn't believe the quality, it sews perfectly and I¿m very happy with my choice. The machine came in its original package with all of its accessories, I also received some additional feet that I was not expecting to get but I¿m delighted to have. Now my Pfaff is mostly used for embroidery and my Brother for sewing. This machine is great, get it while is still available.

This is a very nice looking bed. Better than I expected. However, there were some scratches in the wood. Otherwise good bed for the price. It looks like it could be used as a platform bed, but it requires a mattress and box spring.

never sewed in my life. took a 2 hrs sewing class prior to buying the machine coz i wanted to know how to troubleshoot just in case i get stuck. but it's super easy! after an hr or so fooling around with the machine, i hemmed a couple of my skinny jeans (saved me $20, yeh!!!) and made a rain coat for my puppy (super cute!). it's pretty quite which means i don't wake up my roommate even if i happened to sew in the middle of nite. overall, i'm very pleased with the quality and the value! so, thanks overstock!

I have bought two brothers now, the first time I ordered one I didn't realize it was a reconditioned machine - we loved it and ordered another one slightly different than the first. I bought them for my 12 and 13 year old daughters they are so easy and fun to use, I want one now! Oh and the shipping is great! The first time I ordered I thought it might cost 20 dollars to ship It cost 2.99! I'm very happy with our purchases. ( the first one was a year ago)
